Statistics show that there is a high percentage of ministry leaders who are suffering from burn-out and could potentially walk away from ministry. The Small Group Network surrounds these leaders by way of “Huddles,” social connections, resources and much more. The members of the network experience a loving community of people all going through similar experiences. “We’re Better Together.”

In 2006, Steve Gladen, the founder of the Small Group Network, received a vision from God to start a network where small group ministry leaders could find encouragement and support from one another. There was no budget, and no structure, but Steve knew God wanted to create this support system for all the small group ministry leaders so they would not have to face their ministry alone. Out of Steve’s faithfulness to the Lord, the Small Group Network continues to grow globally.

The Small Group Network is our solution to ensuring small group point people continue growing strong ministries throughout the world. Your support allows us to connect with, resource & support small group point people around the globe in building healthy biblical communities in their local churches. Small groups strengthen churches and change lives, as it is in small groups that people have the opportunity to grow in relationship with each-other and with Christ!
