Tracey has a heart and passion for small group ministry which goes back to her teenage years. It was in a small group that she was mentored, challenged and encouraged in her Christian walk. She believes that small groups have amazing (often unleashed) potential to impact not only the local church but our world! ?Tracey is an ordained pastor and has had many years’ experience in small group ministry in both NSW and Victoria – (Australia). She is currently the Pastor for Life Groups at Syndal Baptist Church. She was a guest presenter at the Twelve Conference in April 2015, and also established the first SGN Huddle in Australia in Sept 2015. (Melbourne VIC). Tracey is married to David and has two young adult sons.
Ben is a native of Southern California and loves his wife, family, and the ocean. Ben has been blessed with the gift of innovation and the spirit of a connector. He & his wife have been involved with various ministry projects in Germany since 2015 and are passionate about serving the global church. He has a heart for communities seeking healthy relationships with Jesus and is excited to help build & support small group leaders in Europe.

Jeff and his wife Tracy have a daughter Christy and son-in-law Kyle and 3 grandchildren; Cruz (4), Knox (2) and newborn Kinsley (6-4-19). Their adult son Brandon entered heaven in November 2013 (He died from a deadly infection). Jeff has served as the small group point person/small group pastor at 2 churches in Tucson, Arizona. He has a Master of Ministry Leadership Degree from Rockbridge University. Jeff is also a Michigan State graduate; Tracy and he are avid Spartan basketball and football fans.

Kiersten Telzerow lives in the Washington, D.C area with her husband, Matt, and their goldendoodle named Luna! Kiersten serves as the Small Group Director at one of the campuses at National Community Church and is a Master of Divinity student at Wesley Seminary through Indiana Wesleyan University. She loves being in community with people and learning about their stories. When Kiersten is not studying, her favorite thing to do is spending time with family and friends, trying new coffees, attending leadership conferences, or reading a new book. Do Youl Kim is a church choir member, teaches high school students at Seoul Church, and serves as Elder and the head of the Church school. He was born and raised in a third-generation Christian family and serves as President of Hansung CBMC in Korea. He previously served as a Governor of Rotary club in South Korea as President of Hana Laser.
Randy has been in small groups for over 35 years so it was just natural for him to focus his doctorate research project on how small groups are the “green-house” for spiritual growth. Randy loves small groups because during the lowest point in his life, his small group encouraged him and daily prayed for him. He also enjoys writing small group curriculum that focuses on boldly living your faith between the Sundays.

He has also been equipping leaders in churches of all sizes and stages of growth for effective disciple-making since 1996. Clayton serves as the Life Groups Pastor of Faith Community Fellowship in Birmingham, AL. In addition, he also serves as the Students Pastor of FCF's newest campus in Springville, AL. Clayton has a passion to see people genuinely fall in love with Christ through fellowship and community with one another. In his experience with students, he loves to invest in the next generation and help them understand God's calling for their lives. Clayton and his wife, McKinley, just had their first daughter in August of 2018 and loving every bit of this new phase of life.

Veronica is the life group director at Newbreak church in sunny San Diego. Life Groups, training and connecting people in life groups is her passion! As a true extrovert she gets powered up when people get connected in groups either attending or leading. Her favorite type of life groups are activity groups where people get together doing something they love. The setting allows for very natural and organic conversation about their life. David Grigg serves as the Pastor of Groups at Abundant Life Church in Happy Valley, OR. He, his wife and their two young children absolutely love enjoying the Portland area together through hiking and supporting their local soccer teams. David’s journey of faith centered around seeking a community in which he truly belonged. For that reason, he loves playing a role in helping others find authentic community where they can grow closer to Jesus and others. David has a particular passion for finding out-of-the-box solutions so that everyone who wants to find a group has a way to connect.
Michael lives in the Boston area with his wife and two kids. He serves Next Level church as the Location (Campus) Pastor and is pursuing his Ed.D. in Ministry Leadership at Liberty University. Before full-time ministry, Michael spent over 10 years in healthcare leadership.

Cynthia lives in Baltimore, Maryland with her husband Darin and their puggle Hemingway.
Roger Carr lives in historic Fredericksburg, Virginia with his wife Kim. They have been married for over 35 years and have a son who is enjoying life in Minneapolis. Roger is an engineer by day and small group advocate by night. He supports the small group ministry at Lifepoint Church through leading, coaching, and writing. He is also the blogger behind SmallGroupInternational.com.
Andrew Camp has an MA in Spiritual Formation and Soul Care from Talbot Seminary. He is also a professionally trained chef, most recently as the sous chef at Silver Restaurant in Park City, UT until it closed in 2015. Since then, he has served as the Spiritual Growth Pastor at Mountain Life Church in Park City. He and his wife, Claire, live just outside of Park City with their two young daughters, Hazelle and Hannah.
JT Black serves as the Small Groups Pastor at Stevens Creek Church in Augusta, Georgia. In addition to leading Small Groups, he helps guide the church’s outreach efforts in Augusta and the surrounding communities. He is married to his beautiful wife, Brittany, and is a loving father to June and John Bradley.
Danny is the Life Groups Connections Director at Newbreak Church in San Diego, CA. Helping new people get connected at Newbreak and into life groups are his passion. His role as Life Groups champion gives him the opportunity to train and develop Life Group staff, coaches, and leaders at all five Newbreak campuses. He and his wife, Jennifer, have been married thirteen years and have three boys together, Cash, Colt, and Jase. Danny also loves road cycling and the outdoors.

Jon, along with his wife Tina, serve as Ministries Directors at Christ Chapel in Spring Hill, Tennessee. Together they provide oversight and leadership to the leaders and volunteers of several teams, including prayer, small groups, and outreach. Jon is a Real Estate Agent by trade and also leads a SGN Huddle in the Spring Hill area. He is passionate about seeing the impossible come to pass, people walking in forgiveness and becoming more like Jesus. Jon strongly believes in the power of Small Groups and the life changing effect they can have in peoples lives. He is a dedicated Tennessee Titans fan, Nashville Predators fan and music fanatic. Jon and Tina reside in Thompsons Station, TN with their son Cole, daughter Avelyn and beloved french bulldog, Arlo.

Jason is our Communications Director who produces our Group Talk podcast and oversees our graphic design and social media teams. He is also the Life Group Director of Lifehouse Church in Hagerstown, MD. He has had previous ministry experience in video, production, and social media but found discipleship is what his heart truly desires. Jason is married to his beautiful wife Tirsa, who is a pastor’s daughter from El Salvador.
