What’s your favorite part of the last conference or retreat you attended?
If you answered the conversations you had or relationships you made, then the LOBBY Gathering is for you. It is designed to take the experience you had in the lobby of that conference and create a whole new event around that.
It features keynote speakers, panels, and discussion topics. But the most valuable part of this conference is the discussion time.
Connect with leaders and peers to get deep experience and make some great connections.
Learn to recruit leaders, align with leadership and more. You'll be equipped with everything you need to transform your groups.
Price includes registration, lodging & most meals. (no lunch will be provided on Wednesday during free time) Lodging is based on double occupancy. Roommates will be assigned.
Whether you are a beginner or a veteran small group point person, you will have an equal voice in each circle of conversation. You will also get to hear and learn from some of the brightest small group point people from around the world.
Evening sessions (Together Time) feature a time of worship & insight from a keynote speaker or panel on a topic that may not necessarily be on the radar of small group point people, but that will offer transferable principles to make their small group ministry healthier.
Morning sessions (Table Time) feature insight from a keynote speaker or panel on key small group ministry subjects & then provides time for everyone to discuss this subject in further detail around their tables.
Break-out sessions (Topic Time) focus on the hot topics and felt needs relating to small group point people. Each Topic Time leader will do a 15 minute teaching on that topic & then facilitate discussion and Q&A with the group.
