  • ACCELERATE: This is a 2 day intensive workshop for a small group point person who wants to develop an 18 month strategic plan for growth or revitalization. (Available online and in person)

The LOBBY Gathering

What’s your favorite part of the last conference or retreat you attended? If you answered the conversations you had or relationships you made, then the LOBBY Gathering is for you. It is designed to take the experience you had in the lobby of that conference and create a whole new event around that. It features keynote speakers, panels, and discussion topics. But the most valuable part of this conference is the discussion time and connections you make with other small group point people.

Rooms are for two people. If you do not have a second person, you will be assigned a roommate. 

Room check-in is available on Monday night but you must reserve a time so that we can ensure someone is available to accommodate you.

Founded by Saddleback Church’s Global Small Group Pastor Steve Gladen, the Small Group Network is an International and Inter-denominational community that “exists to connect personally with and resource strategically Small Group Point People to impact globally to build healthy biblical communities in their local church”. We currently serve ten’s of thousands of small group point people in over 100 different countries.

Daniel serves as Executive Pastor at Community Church of Mountain City, TN.  Daniel and his family are on a mission to establish roots within their community, fight for peace and serve well.  He serves as our Connections Director in laying the groundwork for Circles. He loves great coffee and traveling with his wife Tia and two children, Deklan and Aden
