A RETREAT IN PARADISE AFTER WINTER
Confession: I live just north of LA, so I’m not starving for paradise… I kind of already live in it. But if you live anywhere BUT here, do yourself a favor and book that “tough work trip” to Southern California. Your soul deserves a good long look at the ocean and the magical salty breeze, especially after the long winter months. Take rest seriously and consider this an investment in your emotional and mental well-being! (Check out Saddleback’s San Juan Capistrano campus, it’s BEAUTIFUL!)
