Join a small group of ministry sisters to grow together through discussions, self-reflection exercises, and real-life scenarios. Topics include developing authentic leadership presence, owning your calling, overcoming barriers, stewarding influence, managing relationships up, down, and across the organization, communicating effectively, and cultivating a sustainable work-life rhythm.

  • Format: 7 biweekly sessions (75 minutes each) plus one private 1-on-1 coaching session designing your personalized leadership plan

About Your Coach

Carolyn Taketa is an ICF-certified leadership coach and ministry consultant with 30+ years of combined experience as a pastor, executive team member, litigation attorney, speaker, writer, and SGN podcast host. She initiated, implemented, and led all aspects of small groups ministry at Calvary Community Church in Westlake Village, California, for 17+ years.
